By using our website or booking services with VirtuallyKathleen, you agree to the following terms:

 

Services Provided: I offer virtual administrative support, freelance paralegal assistance (non-attorney), and mobile/remote notary services (RON certified).

 

Disclaimer: I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice. All paralegal services are offered under the direction of an attorney or within the limitations of non-attorney assistance permitted by law.

 

Payment & Cancellations: Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

 

Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform requested services.

 

Limitation of Liability: VirtuallyKathleen is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to service delivery. Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client is not my responsibility.

 

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
